Travel eSIM Policy

Refund Policy

Clear refund terms reduce first-purchase anxiety. This page explains when refunds are generally available, what activation means, and the fastest pre-purchase checks to make before checkout.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are available if the eSIM QR code has not been activated, or if the eSIM itself has not been activated.

Once an eSIM has been activated, it is generally considered used and may not be refundable, except where required by law or where a verified service issue applies.

What activation usually means

Buying the eSIM does not usually start the plan. The plan generally starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination.

Best checks before you buy

  • Make sure your phone is unlocked by your home carrier
  • Confirm your exact model supports eSIM
  • Read the FAQ on activation timing, hotspot, and WhatsApp

This page is a plain-English summary for pre-purchase guidance. For the full legal terms, see the Terms of Service.
