Refunds are available if the eSIM QR code has not been activated, or if the eSIM itself has not been activated.
Once an eSIM has been activated, it is generally considered used and may not be refundable, except where required by law or where a verified service issue applies.
Buying the eSIM does not usually start the plan. The plan generally starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination.
